SKEW Jig-System: Bench Setup
The SKEW Bench JIG is typically used in the production of elongated reinforcement elements such as beams and columns, either on construction sites or in the precast industry. Designed in the shape of a bench, it allows moderately sized stirrups to be positioned at working height to improve comfort and ergonomics.
The Jiggelo Bench Setup can be set up in a width of 0.6m, 0.9m or 1.2m. For wider elements, the Jiggelo Bench Setup can be extended in multiples of 0.6m, 0.9 or 1.2m.
The flexibility of the modular system enables Jiggelo components to be added to hold larger rebar shapes. Conversely, components can be removed to offer easy access during welding or tying of the reinforcement cages.
The SKEW Bench JIG can also be enhanced with components to provide grips for positioning the second layer of reinforcement, such as when assembling foundation cages, balcony elements or pile caps.
Jiggelo Roller components or the Rebar Bullet make it possible to feed heavier reinforcement bars quickly and smoothly.
